Paul Newman wore sunglasses the way most people wear armor. On set, at the racetrack, running errands in Connecticut the same oversized acetate teardrop, always. They were never a statement. Oliver Peoples built this frame to honor exactly that. The Paul Newman Sun is a broad acetate aviator with deep teardrop lenses, thick temples, and the quiet confidence of something that doesn't need to announce itself. "Paul Newman" is engraved on the temple the only marking.

Handmade in Japan. Four colorways: Dark Amber Smoke, Newman Blue, Walnut Tortoise, Black  each paired with a lens cut for a specific quality of light. Two polarized options available. A portion of proceeds supports Newman's Own Foundation.
